The hotel rooms were very spacious and very clean, equipped with a pull-out sofa which was great as we brought an Xbox for the kids to play together. The service was super, especially towards the kids, and the staff should be recognized for creating a positive environment. The location was perfect, close to all amenities and White Oaks Mall, making it ideal for group socializing. The dining options were average with limited choices. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement in dining.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms worked out perfectly for us, especially with Grandma having her own private bedroom and ensuite. Everything was very clean, which I really appreciated. The service was amazing, with the staff being very helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. The location was just right off Hwy 401, making it great for me to access all amenities and White Oaks Mall easily. The dining options were nice, and I loved having a full kitchen in the room for added convenience. Overall, a great experience with a few minor downsides due to the busyness of the staff.

The hotel offers amazing rooms for a very reasonable price, but they could use a paint touch-up. Although musty, they might be challenging for those with allergies due to potential pet or cleaning issues. It's conveniently close to the elevator, but expect some noise from its operation.
